Here’s some late-breaking Friday night news for you: Kanye West’s new album Swish is going to be released on February 11th. West announced the album’s release date in a tweet a few minutes ago. The rapper’s follow-up to 2013’s Yeezus hasn’t been fully outlined yet, but there’s a good chance it’ll include songs like “Real Friends” (released this afternoon), “FourFiveSeconds,” “All Day,“ ”Wolves,“ and ”Fade.“ West’s been busy on the musical front lately: he also released ”Facts,” a freestyle over Drake & Future’s “Jumpman,” on New Year’s Eve. Barring some sort of similar announcement from Rihanna, Swish is the highest-profile album on 2016’s release calendar. Get your countdown clocks ready: the album’s landing in a little more than a month.
